Big Boy Beds

Recently we bought the boys some big boy beds. They love having their sports theme comforter's. If you ask them about their new beds they will name off all of the balls that are on their beds.
Here is a picture of their new beds. They don't really need the rails on the sides but they were upset because they didn't have anything to hold up their books. So until we figure something out those will have to stay.

It is so funny because at night we can hear them talking to each other and reading books with each other. We find them a lot in the other ones bed. Here is Preston after falling asleep in Boston's bed.

Summer Vacation

A couple weeks ago we took a little vacation. We just headed to Utah and spent some time with Gary's family. His sister Laurie and her family were there for a little vacation so we thought we would join in on some of the fun. We also got to see all of Gary's brothers. It was so fun to have everyone together. Here are some pictures of some of the fun things we did.
First we went to the Scerra Pool in Orem. The boys had so much fun. Here we are swimming with Uncle Jack, Sage, Tyler and Connor.

Then Jack rented a boat up at Deer Creek. We spent half the day out on it and had alot of fun on the tube. I realized I am getting too old for that kind of stuff. The next day my whole body was hurting. But it was fun at the time. I had not been out on a boat since high school. Boston and Preston were not so sure about the boat and kept asking to go back to Grandma's house. But they stayed out the whole time and both eventually fell asleep on the boat. I am not sure how they could do it though. The water was pretty choppy. Then later that night they would say "We went on a boat. Boat fun. Do it again" So funny how quickly they change their minds when they are no longer on the boat. Here is everyone on the boat.

We did some other fun things while there. The boys mostly had fun playing with their cousins. We missed getting to see Teagan and hope to see him soon.
