Marcus and Maria got married...

My little brother got married. Congratulations to Marcus and Maria. They got married on Saturday, March 14th, in the Salt Lake Temple. We are so happy for them and we are so excited for Maria to be an official part of the family. As you can see from the pictures they are such a cute couple.
These pictures are at the luncheon after the wedding.

Here we are with the happy couple.

We are so dumb and did not take our camera. So I do not have any pictures of the reception yet. Hopefully I will get some that I can post of how cute Boston and Preston looked.
Again Congratulations M&M. We love you both.

Potty Training Time...

Well I have been putting this off for awhile now. But I think it is time to start potty training my boys. They have been taking off their diapers and going potty on the floor. So I am taking that as my cue to do something. Which means teaching them to use the potty.

I am a little nervous though. I have no idea how to even begin the process. So I am hoping my fellow blogging friends can be of some help. I have noticed that quite a few of you have been potty training your own kids, so I would love some advice. I will take any advice you can give. If you know of any good methods, books or websites to help I would love to hear it.

Anyway wish me luck. I will be so happy when it is done and I will no longer have to change diapers and will not have a stinky diaper pail that assaults me every time I go into the garage.

A Must See Movie....

So tonight Gary and I had the rare oppurtunity of watching a movie together after the boys were put to bed. Usually we are both too tired to try to watch a movie but we were lucky enough to get a nap in today so we were able to stay up. We watched the movie FIREPROOF. Now don't say I didn't warn you but it was super CHEESY. But totally worth it. You don't find too many movies these days that have a good story and good morals to it. But this one did. It was a great lesson for life, love and taught about faith and love for God and Jesus Christ. At the end of the movie it gave a scripture in Romans 5:8. I got out the bible and looked it up. This one did not make all that much sense to me but at the bottom in the foot notes there was another scripture Mosiah 4:11 which I thought was a really great scripture. So after you have seen the movie, read that scripture as well. It actually really goes along with what they are teaching in the movie even though it is not an LDS movie.
Also for the ladies it has Kurt Cameron. He still looks just as good as he did back in the 80's and 90's on Growing Pains.
Hope you can take the time to watch this movie and you enjoy it as well. I would love to hear back from you if you see it and to know what you think.
