So Gary and I were looking at some of our friends blogs and then looking at ours. Ours is pretty sad. I can never think of things to write. Gary was complaining that the picture of him on there at Christmas was stupid (not that I look any better. Who does on Christmas morning?). So I decided I would post some better pictures. These were pictures we had done when Boston and Preston turned 1. I also thought I would use this post to tell a little bit about ourselves.
Gary and I met in 1998 when I moved to Provo, Utah, to go to UVSC. I started working at a grocery store called Day's Market. I was a checker and Gary was a manager there. It was love at first sight for me. I went home and told my roommates and friends that I had met the man I was going to marry. We were married February 18, 2000. We lived in Orem for a couple of years. Work got a little slow for Gary so in March of 2002 we went looking for jobs in Las Vegas. He was offered the first job he went into at Century Steel and has been working there ever since. It has been a great company and very good experience for him. I have worked at about 3 jobs since being here doing medical billing. I have liked them all but finally on October 6, 2006 I started the job I had been waiting for all my life. After years of struggle to become pregnant, I became a mother to two of the cutest boys i have ever seen, Boston and Preston Knudsen. Boston weighed 6 lbs 9 oz and Preston weighed 6 lbs 8 oz. I am still not sure how I carried the two of them for 37 weeks but I did and was so happy that they were big, happy and healthy boys. They have been so much fun to watch grow. It is so sad, as all of you with kids know, how quickly the time flys. Next month they will be 18 months! Gary and I just celebrated our 8th Anniversary. I can't believe we have been married that long. But we are still in love and love spending every moment we can together.
